When you use our online mailbox application or quote request forms, we collect information you voluntarily provide including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and government-issued identification documents required by USPS regulations for private mailbox rental (USPS Form 1583). We do not collect payment card numbers directly — payments are processed through PayPal and Zelle.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to: process your mailbox rental application; verify your identity as required by USPS CMRA regulations; communicate with you about your account, renewals, and mail arrivals; respond to quote requests; and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with our printing partner Charisma Printing solely to fulfill print orders, and with payment processors (PayPal) to complete transactions. We may disclose information when required by law or to comply with a valid legal process.
4. USPS Form 1583 & ID Documents
As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) authorized by the United States Postal Service, we are required by federal regulation to collect, verify, and retain copies of two forms of government-issued identification from all mailbox holders. These records are maintained securely and in compliance with USPS regulations.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Identification documents submitted through our online application are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely.
6. PayPal Payments
Online payments are processed through PayPal. When you pay via PayPal, you are subject to PayPal's privacy policy and terms of service. We do not store your PayPal credentials or credit card numbers.
7. Cookies
Our website may use basic cookies to support site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
